Place the Base (AC) over the 1/2”
x 15 3/4” Axle (AB) and step on the
Base so the Axle fits into the slots in
the bottom of the Base.
Lay the pole on the ground with
the crimped side of the Top
Pole resting on the ground.
Rotate the Pole up so the 1/2” x 7” Axle (BG)
fits into the slots in the top of the Base.
