Sleeve (AV).

Tighten the Bolts (PE) (with the

nylon patch) through the Backboard

Brackets and into the Coupler (PI).

Tighten the Nuts (PE) securely.

PC

Insert the Bolt (PC) through

the Coupler (PI) and into the

Spring assembly.

Tightening this Bolt (PC)

will adjust the Rim tension.

Loosen the Bolts (RD) from Step 16

for the next few steps. Retighten them
