Quickset

Incline
- Select an incline level of 2, 4, 6, 8 or 10.

Speed
- Select a speed of 2, 4, 6, 8, 10 mph (2, 4, 6, 8, 10 kph).
C.
Incline
- Raise and lower the running belt incline.
D.
Speed
- Increase or decrease belt speed. Press once for 0.1mph/kph
increments.
E.
Bluetooth
- Pair your Bluetooth chest strap as well as sync data to your
LifeSpan app at the end of a workout.
F.
Change Display
- Change between the 3 main display screens during a
workout. Used to move through main options or groups during program
setup. This is a main program setup button.
G.
Personal Settings
- Takes you to the personal settings page.
H.
Start
- Start the treadmill.

Enter
- Used select or save adjustments or selections made during program
setup. This is a main program setup button.
J.
Stop
- The Stop button will pause your workout, taking you to a pause
screen. Pressing stop twice takes you to a summary screen. Pressing and
holding stop resets the console.
Top Keyboard

Power
– This button can be used to turn the console “on” from Energy Saving
mode and to turn the console “off” when in Standby mode.
B.
USB Charging Port
- Charges most mobile devices.
NOTE:
Make sure the main on/off switch, located at the front
of the treadmill base (near the floor) is on.
