Grounding Instructions

This product must be properly grounded to work safely and properly. If a malfunction should
occur, grounding provides a path for electric current and reduces the risk of electric shock.

Your LifeSpan treadmill includes a standard American ground plug. Do not alter this plug in anyway
and do not by pass the ground with an adapter. Plug your treadmill into a 115 VAC/10 amp
grounded electrical outlet with 115 volts measured at the treadmill.  If this breaker switch has
other appliances that run at the same time, you may experience problems with the breaker switch
or erratic performance from your treadmill.

Using electrical power other than the one speci-
fied above will void any warranty, implied
or otherwise.

Warnings

Improper connection of the grounded plug can
result in the risk of shock. Check with a qualified
electrician if you have any questions or are in
doubt as to whether the product is properly ground.

Never use extension cords between the treadmill and wall outlet.
