OPERATION OF TRAINING MODE
1. At Time Mode, press Button B to enter
Training Mode. 00:00 00 will show on
the display.
Contents provided in Training Mode are current heart rate &
strength percentage, cumulative training time, average
heart rate, and calories burned.
Prior to using Training Mode input, the personal physiological
data described on Page 10 to ensure the accuracy of system
data when training.
2. Put on your ring snugly and press Button
C
to start Training Mode. The ring will display
heart rate and exercise strength percentage,
in the format shown at left.

To pause training mode, press Button
C
.
The cumulative training time will flash on
the display as shown at left (1 hour, 2 min,
3 sec). To check other training, press
A
to
display average heart rate. Press Button
A
again to display calories burned.
