The computer will display your current heart rate figures in 4-5 seconds after you
hold both two hands on handlebar grip sensors during exercise. To ensure the pulse
readout is more precise, please always hold on to the handlebar grip sensors with two
hands instead of just with one hand only when you try to test your heart rate figures.
Training In Body Fat Program Mode:
You may test your body fat in manual mode when Manual LED lights up. Press MODE
button to select the BODY FAT program mode and the computer screen will display
ENTER AGE. The split window of DISTANCE will flash for setting user's age. The initial
preset age is 25 year-old. Press FAST or SLOW button to set user's age. The age range
