assemble one 4-1/2”

PULLEY (7) to the REAR UPRIGHT (4) using two RH CAPS (28), one 3/8 X 102mm BOLT (37), two 3/8” SAE WASHERS (25), two 3/8”
RH WASHERS (26), two 3/8 X 1-1/4” FLANGE SPACERS (14) and one 3/8” LOW HEIGHT LOCK NUT (24) as shown in FIGURE 9.
