1 Introduction
The purpose of this manual is to provide instructions on how to safely
and correctly use and service Magnia Reader (also “Reader” in this
document).

2 Magnetic Immunoassay Reader
The Reader is used for analyzing the magnetic particle content in various
types of immunodiagnostic lateral flow tests. It offers superior detection
limit for particles and a wide dynamic range and sensitiveness for
measuring analytes under investigation.
The Reader supports analyzing several different types of test cartridges.
New types of tests can be introduced without the need for alterations in
the Reader.

The Reader may only be used for the purpose
defined in this chapter, following the user and
safety instructions specified in this manual.
