4-1 WIRING OF PUMP
Liberty Pumps FL-Series Effluent pumps are
available in a wide range of voltage and phase
configurations. Prior to connecting the pump,
check the pump’s nameplate to ensure it is
rated to match the supply voltage. See
Fig. B,
Fig. C, and Fig. D
for basic pump wiring
diagrams for all 1-Phase and 3-Phase
configurations.
Additionally it is required that all pumps have a
means incorporated into the fixed system
wiring to disconnect all supply power.

CONTROL PANELS
Liberty Pumps FL-Series Effluent pumps must be controlled by an approved control panel in compliance with the
safety and control requirements of 2006/42/EC. Installation and connections are specific to the control panel.
Control panels should be installed and serviced only by a qualified electrician.
To prevent serious damage to the pump, follow wiring diagram
included with control panel. If diagram is missing, do not
connect the pump until you have obtained diagram from control
panel manufacturer.
Electrical Connection
Electrical connection of the pump should comply
with all applicable electrical codes and shall be
performed by a qualified electrician.
