Instructions

Brush beef with melted butter or oil and season as desired.
Place food on the low rack on the metal tray. Choose the menu and weight, press
start. When BEEP’s are heard, drain juices and turn food over immediately. And
then press start to continue cooking. After cooking, stand covered with foil for 10
minutes.
Choose medium sized potatoes. (200-220 g per each)
Wash and dry potatoes. Pierce potatoes several times with a fork. 
Place the potatoes on the high rack on the metal tray. Choose the menu and
weight, press start. When BEEP’s are heard, turn food over and press start to
continue cooking. After cooking, stand covered with foil for 5 minutes.
