INSTALLATION PROCESS DIAGRAM
• Please, install a product in accordance with the process below.
Since maximum 3 outdoor units can be connect-
ed to one communication module, be careful
not to mix piping temperature sensor connected
to each outdoor unit and communication line
connection.
Be sure to install the temperature/humidity sen-
sors which match the specifications to SA (air
supply)/RA (return air) ducts. (specification: -
40 °C~70 °C, RH 0~95 %, AC 24 V/DC 0~10 V)
It needs to connect control kit and drive kit with
a communication line to operate SA (air sup-
ply)/RA (return air fan motor.
- When a constant speed fan motor is used,
refer to the constant speed fan output port of a
wiring diagram.
When an option sensor is applied, set up HMI in
a way to meet the field condition by an installa-
tion field. (Refer to HMI explanation for set up
details.)
When using capacity control:
Be sure to install “central control PI485’ at the
outdoor unit. After completing a Control Kit
installation, set up outdoor unit addresses serial-
ly starting from 1. Erroneous set up in outdoor
unit addresses could disrupt normal operation.
After all installations are completed, set up the
values required for product operation should be
made through HMI system set up. (Refer to
HMI system set up for detailed information.)
