Does not turn on

Check whether the battery of the MSB-

100 is fully discharged.

Charge the battery.

Check whether the Handset supports

the Headset/Handsfree/A2DP/AVRCP

Bluetooth Profiles.

Determine whether your Handset

supports the

Headset/Handsfree/A2DP/AVRCP

Bluetooth Profiles.

Unable to communicate

with the MSB-100

Check whether the battery of the MSB-

100 is low

Charge the battery.

Check and make sure the Speaker is

on.

Press the PWR/END button for

at least 2 seconds to turn on the

Speaker.

Unable to pair the MSB-

100 with the Bluetooth

device.

Check and make sure the Speaker is

placed in pairing mode.

With the power off, press and hold

the PWR/END button for at least

5 seconds to place the Speaker

in pairing mode.

Low sound (speaker)

Check the speaker volume.

Increase the volume level.
