7. Ensure that the bird is well cooked before eating. A whole bird is fully cooked when their natural juices are
clear, check clicking slightly with a fork. The bird should be cut into the thickest part with a knife to see if
the meat is well cooked in that area.

2. Cover it with microwave plastic or with the container cover (if it has it)

5. Once cooking cycle is finish let stand as indicate in the cooking table.
6. After standing time have passed , check that the fish is fully cooked. The fish should be opaque and the meat
tender. This indicate that is well done.
