P:  What has happened that the oven light will not turno? 
R:  The focus (or bulb) is burned. 

 The door is not closed.

P: Why does steam come out of the fan duct?
R: The steam normally produced during the cooking operation. The microwave oven has been 

designed so that he can exit through ventilation ducts.

P: Microwave energy passes through the glass oven door?
R:

No metal mesh that this cover the door window reflects energy returning it to the oven cavity.
