Soak the nuggets for 15 to 20 minutes in salted water. Roast
masala (dry & wet) in oil/ghee for 2-3 minutes and then add
soaked nuggets and cook till done. For 50 gms add 1/2 Cup
of water. Nuggets have to be soaked in salted water for half
an hour before and discard the water and add fresh water.

Cut the vegetables uniformly after washing them. Vegetables
like beans and carrots take more time to cook as compared
to cabbage, Capsicum. So first cook them for 2-3 minutes &
then add other veg. flavour according to your taste with chilly
and soya sauce. Stand, Stir every 2:00 to 3:00 Min. For 200g
of cut veg. add 1/4 Cup of water.
