Stuffed tomatoes with rice
Ingredients
4 large tomatoes
1 large potato
Salt, Pepper, Sugar
For stuffing
160g rice
1/2 medium sweet onions, chopped
40g flesh of tomatoes, blended
3 tbs of olive oil
1 tbs of raisin
Sugar, salt, cinnamon, pepper at your taste
Salt, sugar, pepper, breadcrumbs for topping

3 tbs of olive oil
60g flesh of tomatoes, blended
Preparations
1.Carefully holding the tomato face up in your one hand, slice the bottom off,creating a small lid (this will be used to cover the
opening in the end)
2.Take out the flesh of the tomato with a teaspoon or with the knife the following way: put the knife vertically half an inch from
the edge of the tomato being careful not to make a scratch on the skin.
3.Turn it so to separate the flesh from the skin forming a circle. Blend the flesh and put aside for stuffing.
4.Shake the tomatoes above the plate so the excess juices will fall.
5.When you prepare all the tomatoes put salt, sugar, pepper in them.
6.Make stuffing by mixing all ingredients.
7.Take each tomato and put in it stuffing with a spoon.
8.Peel and cut the potato into small pieces.
9.Place stuffed tomato and potato on the crisping tray and sprinkle them with olive oil, salt, sugar, pepper, breadcrumbs for topping.
10.Add water, olive oil and blended tomato.
11.Place the crisping pan on turntable and cook with auto crispy function.
