Defrosting Guide
* Food to be defrosted should be placed in a suitable microwave proof container and placed uncovered on the glasstray.
* If necessary, shield small areas of ment or poultry with flat pieces of aluminum foil. This will prevent thin areas from becoming warm during defrosting.
Ensure the foil does not touch the oven walls.
* Separate items like minced meat, chops, sausages and bacon as soon as possible.
When BEEP sounds, turn food over.
Remove defrosted portions. Continue to defrost remaining pieces.
After defrosting, allow to stand until completely thawed.

After defrosting, let stand for 1 minute.
