1. Grease a heat-proof, microwave bowl or pie dish with canola spray.
2. Sift flour, sugar, baking powder, cocoa into a bowl, stir in the nuts.
3. Place the butter in a bowl and melt for 1 minute.
Combine milk, egg and melted butter and mix into dry ingredients.
Pour into dish.
4. Combine brown sugar and cocoa and sprinkle over the pudding
batter. Pour boiling water carefully over the pudding.
5. Place the pudding, uncovered, onto a microwave safe rack or upturn
plate about 2cm off the turntable.
6. After cooking, remove the pudding from the oven, cover with a plate
or piece of foil and stand or until the sticky centre portion is completely
cooked.

Spread frozen potato wedges out on the metal tray on the low rack.
For the best results, cook in a single layer. The oven will beep, turn
