Making the Terminal
Connections
1. Expose the end of the wire using
nippers or a cutter by about 10 mm
and twist.

2. Attach ring lugs to wire ends.
3. Loosen the screw by using the driver.
Connect the wires, then tighten the
screw.

When you tighten the screw, be
careful not to apply too much
torque as doing so may damage the
screw.

Caution
When you connect the wires to the terminal blocks, use the highlighted gauge size
as below table.

How to install your car speaker system
With the use of passive crossovers, you can drive a midrange, and tweeter in parallel on
each channel of your set and maintain a safe load on the amplifi er.
Please install a tweeter and midrange speaker into your car sound system using a passive
crossover as below.
