Use medium or long grain
rice. Cook instant rice
according to directions on
the package.

Pierce each potato with a fork and place on the
oven tray around the edge, at least one inch apart.

Prepare as desired, wash, and leave residual water
on the vegetables. Place in an appropriately-sized
microwave container, cover with plastic wrap and
vent.

Remove from package, rinse off frost under running
water. Place in an appropriately-sized microwave
container, cover with plastic wrap and vent.

Remove from outer display package. Slit cover. If
not in microwave safe container, place on plate,
cover with plastic wrap and vent.

Place rice and twice as mich liquid (water or
chicken or vegetable stock) in a 2-quart
microwavable dish. Cover with plastic wrap. When
cooking is complete, allow 10 minutes standing
time. Stir for fluffier rice.
