Important notice
5. If the screen freezes
If the screen freezes or the device does not respond when you try to operate it:
Press and hold the
Power/Lock Key
and
Volume Down Key
for about 9 seconds to
reset your device. To turn your device off, press and hold the
Power/Lock Key
and
Volume Down Key
for about 15 seconds. If it still does not work, please contact the
service centre.
