Roasting
Use either the Convection Grill ( ) or Speed Roast ( ) function.
Roasting cookwares
• Cookwares for roasting are heat-resistant up to 300°C.
• Select the suitable cookwares in accordance with the
manufacturer’s instructions.
• Suitable cookwares may be made from heat-resistant glass,
ceramic, enamelled steel, cast-iron, pressed aluminium materials.
Tips:
• These cooking times, temperatures and oven levels are only a
recommendation.
• According to the various types of meat, adjust the cooking times,
temperatures and oven levels to obtain best result.
• For almost all types of meat, we recommend using the Convection
Grill ( ) function.
• The Speed Roast ( ) function can reduce cooking time by upto
20% from suggested time at the same temperature as Convection
Grill ( ) function.
• To prevent meat juices or fat from burning and sticking to the
cookware add some more liquid.
• For even cooking, turn the meat at halfway of total cooking time.
• For energy saving, use the residual heat for 8 minutes before
finishing cooking times.
