How to make Yogurt
Use the Conventional heat ( ) function.
• Pour a 1000ml milk into a proper heat-resistant bowl with cover.
• Boil it to proper temperature(up to 60-70°C) and then cool down to
about 40°C.
• Add 150ml natural yogurt into the bowl and stir well.
• Place covered bowl on the level 2 of the oven.
• Set the oven to temperature 40°C and time 5-8 hours.
How to raise yeast dough
Use the Conventional heat ( ) function.
• Place the dough in a proper heat-resistant bowl and cover with
baking wrap or damp cloth.
• Place the bowl on the level 2 of the oven.
• Set the oven to temperature 40°C
• Leave the dough until it has doubled in volume.
