Initial Configuration and Operation
- Normal user: Normal users may have access to
only the real time video images, which is the
lowest level of authorization.
- Custom User: Custom users may log on to the
system and view the real time video feed only
when ‘Anonymous Access’ is permitted.
Note:
Please try not to forget your password.
> Editing a registered user
The password or the authorization setting of an existing
user may be altered.
1. Select the target user for alteration and press [Edit].
2. Make changes to the password or the authorities
as necessary and press [Save] to save the changes
made.
> Deleting a registered user
1. Choose the user to be deleted.
2. Press [Delete] button and the selected user will be
removed.
Note:
You cannot delete the ‘admin’ user and ‘anonymous’ user,
which is the temporary user account.
Anonymous
> Enable Anonymous login
Activate the checkbox to allow anonymous access to the
system. An anonymous user may have access only to the
real time video stream.
Max RTP stream connection
> Maximum Number of RTP Streams for Simultaneous
Access Control this setting to manipulate the total
number of users to simultaneously access the streams.
The maximum number of the users for accessing the
streams may differ by the stream configuration. The
following table shows the maximum number of the
users supported by each different configuration.
