11. Final test
- It is implemented by the final test contents of work instruction
menual.
- X-Wave test (HX301G-JE model is not included in this test)
11-1. Used Device
(1) FM Radio 1EA
(2) Remote Control 1EA
(3) DVD Player or a Set-top Box 1EA(Equipment capable of
audio output)
(4) RCA to Stereo cable 1EA
11-2. Equipment Composition
11-3. Adjustment Method
(1) Organize as shown on Fig.8.1 and configure as shown
below.
- FM Radio : Set frequency to 90Mhz.
- Projector : Enter : “MENU” -> “AUDIO”, and select FM
Wireless Audio
“
ON” with the remote control.
- DVD Player or Set-top box : Play the source capable of
audio output.
(2) Verify the audio output of FM Radio by repeating
“ON”->”OFF”->”ON” of the X-WAVE
- X-WAVE “ON” : Audio is output to FM Radio instead for
Set Speaker when operating properly.
- X-WAVE “ OFF” : Audio is not output to FM Radio but
output to Set Speaker when not operating properly.

12. EDID Data Manual Download and
check
12-1. Used Device
- PC, DDC adjusting JIG (PC Serial to D-Sub connection
Equipment)
- DDC recording S/W (EDID Data Write & Read)
- D-Sub cable, HDMI cable
12-2. Equipment Composition
12-3. Download and check Method
(1) Construct it following equipment construction drawing and
turn on PC and JIG.
(2) Implement DDC recording S/W.
When Downloading: Write Data & Verify
When checking Data: Verify
(3) When it is completed, check OK signal and Checksum.
(Re-try the (2) process if it fails.)
