END/POWER Key lets you turn the phone on or off, end a
call, or return to standby mode. While in the main menu,
it returns the phone to standby mode and cancels your
input. When you receive an incoming call, press to enter
silent mode and mute the ringer.
19.
Keypad
lets you enter numbers, letters, and characters,
and navigate within menus. Press and hold keys 2–9 for
speed dialing.

SYM Key allows you to enter symbols when entering text
using the QWERTY keyboard.
21.
Function Key allows you enter the alternate character
(such as @ for the S key) on the QWERTY keyboard. (See
“Entering Text With the QWERTY Keyboard”on page 41 for
details.)

SHIFTKey lets you change letter capitalization when
entering text using the QWERTY keyboard.
23.
SPACEKey lets you enter a space.
24.
Softkeys let you select softkey actions or menu items
corresponding to the bottom left and right lines on the
display screen.
25.
BACKKey deletes characters from the display in text entry
mode. When in a menu, press this key to return to the
previous menu.
26.
ENTERKey selects the highlighted choice when navigating
through a menu.
