1 CLV drives CLV servo with PLL of RF data read and received at IC301 and output DMO of Pin 50

24 output PWM at µ-COM directly (IC501 µ-COM Pin 99 : CAV DMO) and control spindle
speed.
IC controls spindle in CLV mode, µ-COM is monitoring FG signal output at the Pin 24 of spindle drive
(IC601: RA6849) in the CAV control mode only, and reads the current speed.
As a result, the PWM output, which adjusting the voltage of CAV DMO, is controlled and sustains the
desired CAV speed.
The output of hall sensor is used when the FG signal is generated.
The DMO signal output at IC301, IC401 and µ- COM is switched according to disc, amplified at IC602 (OP
AMP), input to IC601, output 3-beam of U, V, and W, and drives the spindle motor.
