Condensate Drain Piping
A 3/4 inch female condensate drain connec-
tion is located on the corner of the unit next to
the motor access panel. A trap should be
installed and filled with water before starting
the unit to avoid air from being drawn
through. Follow local codes and standard pip-
ing practices when running the drain line.
Pitch the line downward, away from the unit,
and avoid long horizontal runs. See Figure 4.
Do not use reducing fittings in the drain lines.
The condensate drain must be:

Made of 19.05mm(3/4”) pipe size.(NPT)

For 6.35mm per 30.48cm(Pitched 1/4" per
foot) to provide free drainage to conven-
ient drain system.

Must not be connected to closed drain

Installation of Remote
Controller (Accessory)

Please insert wired remote controller con-
nection cable to the CN-REMO in indoor
PCB, or connect directly local connection
cable to terminal block in control box.
- It should be use supplied local
connection cable permitted in each
national standard.

Please fix tightly using provided screw
after placing remote controller setup board
on the place where you like to setup.
- Please set it up not to bend because poor
setup could take place if setup board
bends.
Please set up remote controller board fit
to the reclamation box if there is a recla-
mation box.

Can set up Wired remote controller cable
into three directions.
- Setup direction: the surface of wall recla-
mation, upper, right
- If setting up remote controller cable into
upper and right side, please set up after
removing remote controller cable guide
groove.
