d. With the firmware file listed in the edit box next to the Browse button, click the
Upgrade button next to Image File .
e. Once the firmware file is updated, the door station will reboot.
11. To backup or restore the configuration of the door station, select System from the main
menu, and then select Configuration from the context menu.
Backup Configuration
a. To backup the configuration on the door station, click the Backup button.
b. When the Backup Success dialog is displayed, click the OK button.
c. Download the Backup file:
• Click the Download as CONF button. Save the configuration file by selecting File and
Save as on the browser’s Menu Bar. NOTE: If using Internet Explorer, save the file as
text by selecting Text File (*.txt) from the drop-down menu next to Save as type in the
Save Webpage dialog. Save the configuration file to a folder on the PC.
OR
• Click the Download as XML button, and save the configuration file by selecting File and
Save as on the browser’s Menu Bar. Save the configuration file to a folder on the PC.
d. Click the browser’s Back button.
Restore Configuration
a. To restore the configuration of a door station (e.g. if replacing an existing door station or
after a factory reset), click the Browse button next to CONF File or XML File (depending
on how the backup was saved) to open Windows Explorer.
b. Browse to the location of the backup file, select it, and then click Open.
c. With the backup file listed in the edit box next to the Browse button, click the Upload
button under the edit box.
