Mise en service

3.1

Montage

Montage de l'AMS 3xx

i

 et du réflecteur associé sur deux parois ou parties d'installation se

faisant face, sur des plans parallèles et plats. 

• Fixation à l'aide de vis M5. Blocage des vis à l'aide d'une rondelle à dents 

chevauchantes. Veiller à un contact optique ininterrompu entre l'AMS et le réflecteur !

• Montage du réflecteur : le réflecteur est fixé par 4 vis (M5) à une paroi verticale. Le 

réflecteur est incliné à l'aide des pièces de calage jointes. Incliner le réflecteur 
d'environ 1°. 

• Orientation du spot laser sur le milieu du réflecteur à l'aide de deux vis M 5 à six pans 

creux (« A »). Fixation avec écrou moleté et contre-écrou SW 4 (« B »).

• Respecter les distances de montage minimales :

AMS - AMS : distance parallèle min. entre spots laser voisins = 100mm + (distance 
mesurée max. en mm x 0,01).
DDLS 200 - AMS : 100mm. 

Mise en service avec les réglages d'usine

• Raccorder l'alimentation en tension, éventuellement les entrées/sorties de 

commutation, l'interface de maintenance et l'interface hôte/bus.

• Allumer la tension d'alimentation, la DEL PWR doit briller en vert.
