Предварительные проверки и
пусконаладочные испытания
Перед поставкой заказчику печь прошла проверку и
пусконаладочные испытания в цехах Изготовителя. «Листок испытания
производственного процесса» прилагается к изделию и гарантирует,
что
каждый
этап производственного процесса - от сборки до
упаковки - тщательно проверен, как в отношении функциональности,
так и в отношении безопасности. Завершить, объяснив пользователю
оптимальный и безопасный порядок эксплуатации оборудования, а
также выполнение операций планового техобслуживания и чистки.
Проверка функционирования и первое включение
Включить оборудование, следуя указаниям, приведенным
в «Руководстве по эксплуатации и техническому
обслуживанию», прилагаемом к нему: руководствоваться им
на протяжении всех испытаний и проверить правильность
функционирования всех электрических компонентов.
При первом использовании

Antes de la entrega al cliente, el horno se revisa y prueba en los
talleres del Fabricante. La “hoja de verificación del proceso de
producción” que se adjunta, garantiza que cada paso del proceso
de producción, del ensamblaje al embalaje, ha sido controlado,
desde el punto de vista de la funcionalidad y de la seguridad.
Termine de explicarle al usuario cómo usar el equipo de manera
óptima y segura y cómo llevar a cabo operaciones de manteni-
miento y limpieza de rutina.
Comprobación del funcionamiento y primer encendido
Ponga en funcionamiento el equipo siguiendo las instrucciones
del manual “Uso y mantenimiento” que se le adjunta: controle
durante toda la prueba y verifique que todos los componentes
eléctricos funcionen correctamente.

„Prüfblatt Produktionsprozess“ garantiert, dass alle Schritte des Produk-
tionsprozesses von der Montage bis zur Verpackung sowohl hinsicht-
lich der Funktionalität, als auch hinsichtlich der Sicherheit sorgfältig
überprüft worden sind. Zum Abschluss dem Benutzer erklären, wie das
Gerät auf optimale und sichere Weise benutzt wird und wie die ordent-
lichen Wartungs- und Reinigungsarbeiten durchgeführt werden.
Überprüfung der Funktionsweise und erstes Einschalten
Bei der Inbetriebnahme des Geräts die Angaben des
beiliegenden Handbuches „Benutzung und Wartung“ befolgen:
Das Gerät während des gesamten Tests überwachen und den
ordnungsgemäßen Betrieb der elektrischen Komponenten
überprüfen.
Bei der ersten Benutzung
wird empfohlen, die Temperatur
