The Lenovo Storage V3700 V2 and V3700 V2 XP have a three-year Customer Replaceable Unit (CRU) and
onsite warranty with 9x5/next business day (NBD) terms. Lenovo offers the service upgrades through
warranty maintenance upgrades and post-warranty maintenance agreements with a well-defined scope of
services, including service hours, response time, term of service, and service agreement terms and
conditions.
