performed

Make
sure
that:

designed

server
(see

You
followed
the
installation
instructions
that
came
with
the
device
and
the
device
is
installed
correctly.

You
have
not
loosened
any
other
installed
devices
or
cables.
Attention:
In
a
dc
power
environment,
only
trained
service
personnel
other
than
Lenovo
service
technicians
are
authorized
to
connect
or
disconnect
power
to
the
dc
power
supply.

the
documentation
that
comes
with
each
dc
power
supply.

You
updated
the
configuration
information
in
the
Configuration/Setup
Utility
program.
Whenever
memory
or
any
other
device
is
changed,
you
must
update
the
configuration.

Reseat
the
device
that
you
just
installed.

Replace
the
device
that
you
just
installed.

connections

Replace
the
failing
device.
