Reasons and solutions:
Strictly speaking, MP3 refers to the MPEG I Layer3
standard compressed music files, most of which are in this
format.When there is MP3 format of incompatibility with
the voice recorder , you can choose one of the following
two measures to solve the problem :
Select and erase incompatible songs to ensure the voice
recorder work normally.
When compressing files,Please select the coding mode of
MPEG I Layer 3.

Why the files can't be erased through management
software?Or when erasing a file , Delete failed or Delete
error appears on the screen ?
Check My Computer to check if the file is marked read-only.
If do, modify t read-only to be archived,and then the file
can be erased.

As a removable storage device, does it need to install a
driver under windows XP/vista/windows 7?
There is no need to install the driver.Windows98 operating
system is not supported.
