The sound is distorted:

sound distorted. Decrease the volume of the audio source (TV, radio,
etc.).

The volume of the input signal is too weak for the HPW-400 to
properly process. Increase the volume of the audio source (TV, radio,
etc.).
•
The battery of the headset is nearly exhausted. Charge the battery.
•
You’re out of range from the base. Decrease the distance.
