MASTER section
10. MONO
Pot for controlling the MONO output level: a second master which has the same
MIX program, but in mono.
11. MIX LEFT & RIGHT
Two 60mm. faders for control of the general volume.
12. PHONES OUT
STEREO JACK headphone output connector: only stereo headphones with a
minimum impedance of 30 Ohms should be connected to this output.
13. PHONES LEVEL
Pot for controlling the level of headphone output .
14. L&R METER
Two 12-LED bargraphs: monitor the level of the MIX L&R signal coming from
the mixer’s input channels.
15.+48V
+48V Phantom power supply button: this button switches on the +48V power
supply for all the MIC inputs (XLR-F connector) of the MONO input channels
and allows condenser microphones to be used on them ( the red LED lights up )
When the PHANTOM power supply is switched on for the MONO channels’ MIC
inputs, make certain that cables with BALANCED XLR connectors are ALWAYS
used to connect the microphones : this precaution is extremely important for
avoiding damage in the event of both condenser and normal (dynamic) microphones
being used simultaneously. Switch on the phantom power supply only after having
connected t he condenser microphone to the input and only with the channel fader
closed to avoid output signal peaks.
16. ON
LED indicating when the mixer is switched on .
17. A.C.
5-pin power supply connector : this is a connector for connecting the mixer to
the PS external power supply unit (supplied with the mixer).
18. FSW
JACK connector for the DSP ON/OFF footswitch .
19. GROUND
Ground connector for the PHONO input .
