Tine loss protection device
The tine arms of the HIBISCUS rake can be simply fitted with tine
loss protection devices. This simple option prevents tines (after
having hit an obstacle) from getting away from their tine arms due
to a broken coil.
Lost tines that stay behind in the field may cause major damage to a
baler, loader wagon or harvester.
Cam track greasing
The cam track of the HIBISCUS rake is greased. To facilitate and
accelerate greasing of the cam track, a tine arm is available with a
grease nipple fitted on it. This grease nipple ends in the cam track so
that the grease can easily access the right place.
Tyres
A choice of 2 tyre specs can be made for the HIBISCUS 485 P cam
rake: 16/6.5-8 or 18.5/8.5-8. This choice makes it possible to adjust
your machine tyre size to the prevailing ground conditions.
Spare wheel support
The HIBISCUS rake can be fitted with a support for a spare wheel.
Due to the availability of spare wheels, flat tyres in the field, if any,
can be sorted out quickly.
PTO shaft
For the HIBISCUS 485 P rake there is a choice of PTO shafts:
standard version or a wide angle PTO shaft.
The wide angle version ensures a more uniform transmission than
the standard PTO shaft. This is especially advantageous when sharp
turns are made during manoeuvring.
