Installing the guide bar (1)

•  Install the 

guide bar (1) 

using the 

lever screw (20) 

and set it to the desired position

Adding an auxiliary weight (15)

•  Install the 

weight holder base (22)

, plus any necessary 

weight holder extensions (23)

, and place the 

weights (15) 

on the weight holders (max. seven auxiliary weights)

Adjusting the overlap guide (18)

The roller on the

 overlap guide (18)

 has 4 markings

Adjusting the starting switch

Release the 

starting switch (38)

 clamp, and move the starting switch as 

required. Moving it to the left increases the starting delay, moving it to the 

right reduces the starting delay. This increases or reduces the preheating 

time at the start up.

Adjusting the round belt (16)

Check the position of the 

round belt (16)

. The

 round belt

 must lie parallel to the 

drive roller / contact

 

pressure roller (6)

necessary, adjust the

for the round belt.
