LEHR LP2.5 HP Rev.A 2013

Valve Lash Check (Engine must be cold)

Perform at 10 Hours and every 100 hours after that.

1. Remove the stop lanyard from the emergency stop switch on the tiller arm.
2. Remove the rear carrying handle, the lower engine cover, spark plug, and

the propane bottle bracket.

3. Remove the thermostat water hose.
4. Remove the 6 valve cover retainer bolts and the 2 crankcase bolts be-

low the head and remove the valve cover.

Intake Valve

Exhaust Valve

Locking Nut*

The rocker arm pivot nut (adjuster nut) is located underneath the locking nut.
