2014+ XL Raider

NOTE: Use appropriate tool for crimping terminals to wires. (Mac Tools– TCT1028, Blue Point–

PWC47 or H-D 41609).

1.

See Fig. 2

. Inspect crimps before installing connector. Distortion should be minimal.

2. Install trike wire harness (S001922) to body clips on underside of body.

3. Trim wiring from each OEM turn signal leaving 5 1/2” of wire.
4. Trim wiring from each taillight leaving 21” of wire. Cover wiring with heat shrink.
5.

See Fig’s. 1 & 2.

Install male terminals to turn signals and taillight wires. Install turn signal terminals

into 2 pin female connector. Install taillight terminals into 3 pin female connector. Install all wires into
main harness on body.

6. Drill hole in rear trunk floor for licence plate wiring. Route wiring through trunk floor and install female

terminals and connectors. Plug license plate light into harness. Seal harness through trunk floor with
silicone.

NOTE: 2014+ models will use an adapter harness between OEM connector and trike wire har-

ness.
