Upgrade
This product supports firmware upgrading through Micro USB port. Please contact your supplier to get the latest upgrade tool “ Legrand Product
Firmware Updater ”. Note
：
Don ’ t power off the device during upgrade process.
Steps to upgrade FW:
1. Connect the Micro USB port of the device to a PC.
2. Connect the power adapter provided to the device, and power on the device.
3. Click to run the “ Legrand Product Firmware Updater ” software. The interface of the software is as follows:
Introduction of the “ Firmware Updater ”:
•
1: Select C2G31017.
•
RS232:
•
Port: Select the correct COM Port number.
•
Baud rate: Select the correct baud rate, the correct baud rate for
upgrading is 57600.
•
Connect: Click the button to connect with the device.
•
FW version: Click “ Check ” button to check the current FW version
of the device after successful connection.
•
Update File:
•
Click “ Browse ” to select the FW upgrade bin file from the local PC.
•
Update:
•
Click the button to start upgrading FW after the bin file is uploaded.
•
Log: Show the log of the operations on the software and returning
information of the device.
•
Clear: Click the button to clear up all the log in the white box.
•
2: The progress bar will show the upgrading process.
