2.0 OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

Place the melter directly  under  the uncapping machine or
beside the honey processing line.
Plug the machine into a power socket using a 5-pole three-
phase plug.
Turn  on  the  tank  2kW  heating  element  by  acting  on  the
right-hand  selector  (3)  and  the  grid  3kW  heating  element
by acting on selector (2).
Turn  on  the water  recirculation  tank  by  acting  on  the  left-
hand selector (1).
If room temperature inside the workshop is at about 20°C,
20°C,  allow  the  heating  element  to  heat  the  melter  for
about  half  an  hour.  Adjust  this  time  according  to  any
room temperature changes. Place two containers, one  for
the melted wax and one for the honey, close to the relevant
outlet.
