Inspect all rigging daily for broken or frayed wires.

Make sure that there are latches on all hooks.
Replace any missing latches.

Use tag lines on all hoisted loads.

Do not go under suspended loads.

Before hoisting any loads, you must know the weight of the load(s).

Only designated operators are allowed to use the equipment.

Visual checks must be complete on the equipment prior to use.

Keep your hands out of pinch points when landing loads.
Never stand in front of the load(s).

Only one person will be designated to give the operator signals.

co-worker, so that both of you know what each other is doing.
