Appendix B: Service and Technical Support 

There are no user serviceable components within the Navion™ R5000.  Service is provided by 
Authorized Service providers only. 

Contact Lectronix, Inc. 

For help or service, contact Lectronix, Inc. at 1-888-423-1183. 

When contacting Lectronix, please have the following system information on hand.  To obtain the 
system information: 

1) Press 

the 

MENU

 button. 

2) Use 

the 

LEFT

 or 

RIGHT

 arrow key to select the 

System

 Tab. 

3)  When finished, press the 

MENU

 button again
