When attaching the pelvic cradle to a basic

backrest, you can trim the rear Velcro strap

to the level of the top of the pelvic cradle.

Secure as per , , &

Attach the buckle

, at the front to secure

the user.

Always attached the pelvic strap

first before making any other

adjustments.

Always secure the pelvic

harness or pelvic Cradle first

before fastening other buckles

or harnesses. Adjust the harness

so the child cannot slide or

creep forward in the seat

To detach the pelvic cradle, reverse the

process.

SECTION 17.10:

ATTACHING AND

DETACHING PELVIC

CRADLE

Place cradle on the seat base cushion

. The pelvic cradle is labelled to indicate

the correct orientation. Attach the rear Velcro

strap up into the cavity within the thoracic

backrest cushion, (moderate and complex

backrests).
Pass the black webbing though the cam

buckles at either side of the front of the seat,

, and secure the cam buckles. Pass the grey

webbing though the cam buckles at either

side of the back of the seat

, and secure the

cam buckles.
