10 WARRANTY
LEADER equipment comes with a limited contractual warranty from the date of purchase, 1years parts and labour
(shipping and travel costs not included). Consumables are excluded from this warranty.
This warranty is specifically limited to the replacement or repair of the equipment (or components thereof) which after
inspection is found to be defective for reasons attributable to
LEADER .
To exercise this warranty, the warranty holder, with the agreement of LEADER , must return the equipment to
LEADER , ZI des Hautes Vallées, Chemin n° 34, CS 20014, 76930 Octeville Sur Mer, France, without delay after
discovering the fault.
Following inspection of the equipment:
- If the defect is attributable to LEADER , LEADER will repair the equipment at its own cost (shipping and travel
costs excluded),
- If the defect is not attributable to LEADER , refer to the procedures set out in the Defect Not Under Warranty
section.
This warranty does not commit LEADER in the following cases: downtime due to improper handling, improper use of
equipment, defective maintenance, lack of maintenance, incident suffered by the equipment, repair or modification by
another company or personnel without authorization.
OUT-OF-WARRANTY DEFECT, OR EQUIPMENT OUT OF LIMIT OF WARRANTY
A complete diagnosis will be performed on your defective equipment, and a detailed quotation for returning it to
working order will then be sent to you.
For out-of-warranty breakdowns and repairs, a flat fee for diagnosis will applied independently of whether the repair
quotation is taken up.
