Operation

Cleaning

1 .  Follow all assembly instructions, ensuring that either a brush or drive plate and pad are properly installed .
2 .  Plug the power cord into a properly grounded outlet that matches the voltage requirements of the machine .
3 .  Disengage the handle release lever by lifting it up . Adjust the handle tube to a comfortable position . Engage the handle release lever

by pushing it down until the handle clamp does not slide over the handle lock .

4 .  With one hand firmly grasping the handle grip, slide the switch lock to the right side and press the starting switch on the handle grip .

The motor will start .

5 .  Keep a firm grip with both hands on the handle grip and guide the floor machine across the desired cleaning area .
6 .  If at any point you wish to turn the machine off, simply release the starting switch and the motor will stop .
7 .  If the floor machine will not be used for more than 10 minutes, lower the handle to the floor so the unit is in a horizontal position .

If left standing vertically for an extended period of time, the brush or pad driver could be deformed, which will cause excessive
vibration during operation .

8 .  If the pad reduces in size to 1/4" thick, it should be changed . Any thinner and the pad driver could be damaged .
9 .  When finished with the machine, remove pad driver or brush for cleaning .
10 .  Store floor machine without a pad driver or brush installed .

1 .  Wash with warm, soapy water .
2 .  Rinse with clean water .
3 .  Shake off excess water and let dry over paper towels .

CAUTION

•

The chassis should be parallel to the floor when the machine is turned on . If the machine is not leveled, it will
move to one side .

•

It is recommended to familiarize yourself with the machine by working on large, open spaces before attempting
tighter spaces .

CAUTION

•

Remove the pad driver or brush from the machine BEFORE cleaning .

•

DO NOT use very hot water to clean or a heater/blow dryer to dry, as this may cause deformation of the pad
driver or bristles of brushes .
