Operation
Cleaning
1 . Follow all assembly instructions, ensuring that either a brush or drive plate and pad are properly installed .
2 . Plug the power cord into a properly grounded outlet that matches the voltage requirements of the machine .
3 . Disengage the handle release lever by lifting it up . Adjust the handle tube to a comfortable position . Engage the handle release lever
by pushing it down until the handle clamp does not slide over the handle lock .
4 . With one hand firmly grasping the handle grip, slide the switch lock to the right side and press the starting switch on the handle grip .
The motor will start .
5 . Keep a firm grip with both hands on the handle grip and guide the floor machine across the desired cleaning area .
6 . If at any point you wish to turn the machine off, simply release the starting switch and the motor will stop .
7 . If the floor machine will not be used for more than 10 minutes, lower the handle to the floor so the unit is in a horizontal position .
If left standing vertically for an extended period of time, the brush or pad driver could be deformed, which will cause excessive
vibration during operation .
8 . If the pad reduces in size to 1/4" thick, it should be changed . Any thinner and the pad driver could be damaged .
9 . When finished with the machine, remove pad driver or brush for cleaning .
10 . Store floor machine without a pad driver or brush installed .
1 . Wash with warm, soapy water .
2 . Rinse with clean water .
3 . Shake off excess water and let dry over paper towels .

CAUTION

The chassis should be parallel to the floor when the machine is turned on . If the machine is not leveled, it will
move to one side .

It is recommended to familiarize yourself with the machine by working on large, open spaces before attempting
tighter spaces .
CAUTION
•
Remove the pad driver or brush from the machine BEFORE cleaning .
•
DO NOT use very hot water to clean or a heater/blow dryer to dry, as this may cause deformation of the pad
driver or bristles of brushes .
