Door and rubber collar
Regularly check whether deposits or foreign bodies are present in the
folds of the rubber collar or on the inside of the glass door.
Clean the glass in the door and the rubber collar regularly.
What to do if...
Remedying small malfunctions yourself
If one of the following fault messages is shown in the display during
operation:
– ATTENTION (E41)/PLEASE CLOSE THE DOOR
– ATTENTION ERROR CODE (E11)/PLEASE OPEN THE TAP
– ATTENTION ERROR CODE (E21)/PLEASE CHECK THE WATER DRAIN-
AGE
please have a look at the following table.
After you have rectified the error, press the START key.
If ATTENTION/PLEASE CALL YOUR LOCAL SERVICE FORCE together with
an error code (e.g. E..) appears in the display: Switch the appliance off
and then on again. Re-set the programme. Press the START key.
If the error code is displayed again, please contact the Service Force
and inform them of the error code and the PNC no. (see rating plate).

Washing machine does
not work.
Mains plug not plugged in or
fuse not working.
Connect the plug to a mains
socket.
Check the fuse.
The door is not closed prop-
erly.
Close the door properly.
There should be an audible
click.
The START key has not been
pressed.
Press the START key.
The door cannot be
closed. The child safety device is
engaged. Release the child safety de-
vice.
The programme does
not begin after the
START key has been
pressed.
ATTENTION(E41)/

display.
The door is not closed prop-

Close the door properly;
there should be an audible
click. Press the START key.
