Alignment of wheels. Before performing the alignment of wheels, it is necessary to check whether all
the assemblies of the steering axles are in order and, if not, replace the improper ones. Perform the alignment
of the wheels when the semi-trailer stands on an even site:
measure the difference between the wheel rims at the front and rear: the distance must be the
same;
move the semi-trailer to let the wheels turn 180° and repeat the measurements. If the
measurement of the distances between the wheel rims shows that they are not the same, the
rods 4 should be adjusted (Picture. 21). A distance of around 4 mm greater is allowed at the
front, but not otherwise.
