TROUBLESHOOTING
Problem Possible cause Solution
1 The robotic vacuum cleaner suddenly
stops cleaning The robotic vacuum cleaner
has been lifted from the
surface Place the robotic vacuum cleaner back on the floor
and restart it with the main switch
2 When the robotic vacuum cleaner is
switched on, the LED lights up blue Fall sensor error 1. Clean the fall sensor
2. If this does not work, contact your dealer to
repair the robotic vacuum cleaner
3 The robotic vacuum cleaner does not
change direction when encounters
an obstacle Bumper sensor error Check that the sensor is not covered by anything
4 During charging, the LED flashes red
and the robotic vacuum cleaner beeps Power switch is not turned
